WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns and Cancellations Policy:
LOVE, KVETKA does not accept cancellations, but contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Full refunds are available for basic sets.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of custom and personalized orders, they are not eligible for returns. However, please contact me if I can resolve any issues, so that you have a positive experience shopping with LOVE, KVETKA. I strive for a 5 star standard of communication and customer service!

Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional Policies:

Please double check the address you provide! LOVE, KVETKA is not responsible for deliveries sent to the incorrect address.

Please note that real colors may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, as it depends on your monitor settings. Also, tones and shades of leather may slightly differ due to the nature of the material.

LOVE, KVETKA has every right to refuse a client's custom request, before any funds are transferred.

By purchasing a product from LOVE, KVETKA, you confirm that you have read and accept the entire item description and shop policies.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic Shipping:

LOVE, KVETKA's products are all free to ship anywhere in the US! All sets are made to order, and shipped once completed.

As of now, LOVE, KVETKA ships chess sets via USPS First Class with delivery estimated between 1-3 business days (larger order quantities may differ and will be determined during the ordering phase). Tracking Numbers will be provided. Once an item is shipped, it is now in the hands of the USPS. If any problems with shipping arise, please contact me and I will assist to the best of my ability.

If you would like to request a sooner shipping time, let me know during the ordering phase and I will do my best to accommodate you!

Please Note!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS may have delays that LOVE, KVETKA is not responsible for.

International Shipping:

Shipping cost for international orders will be determined during the ordering phase.

Turn Around Time (TAT):

LOVE, KVETKA chess sets are made-to-order, meaning they are made for you after you place the order. They don’t instantly ship. Your item will have TAT plus shipping time before it arrives. Custom and/or personalized orders can vary on TAT, but usually takes no more than a week. I will do my best to keep you updated with the timeframe!

If you need an order by a certain date, contact me so I know what deadline you’re working with.

IF I ORDER A CUSTOM, HOW WILL I KNOW IF I LIKE IT?

When you order a custom chess pieces, custom leather art, or both, ideally you would tell me in as much detail as possible what theme, ideas, art styles, etc. that you have. I may follow up with some questions. When I feel I have a good idea of a design you would like, I'll send you a sketch! If you like it, great! If you want a few changes, let me know. When you are happy with what you see, that's when you pay in full and I can get started on your custom set! :)

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?

These sets are made to order. If you message me before/while I create your piece(s), I might be able to accommodate you. If you have already received your order and want to add or make changes, send me a message.

WHY IS MY CHESS SET SO STIFF?

Due to the nature of leather, your chess set may feel stiff and tough upon arrival, but is subject to wear in time. Cowhide breaks in pretty easily though, so after a few travels and game plays, your set will feel softer and beautifully worn in!

WHAT SIZE IS THE BOARD?

All sets open flat into a 12"x12" square, game play area is 11"x11". Chess pieces are 1" lightweight wooden circles.
